Terms and Conditions of Use

By purchasing any digital product from Young and Co, LLC ("Company"), including courses, programs, templates, worksheets, and tools, along with any add-on products purchased at checkout such as order bumps and one-time offers (each, a "Product"), you ("Customer") agree to the following terms.

Product Deliverables
Each Product is a self-paced digital product. Company agrees to provide the content described on that Product's checkout or offer page at the time of purchase.

Customer will have access to each Product for the life of the Product, meaning for as long as Company offers and maintains it. If Company retires a Product, Company will give Customer at least 30 days' notice. Customer is responsible for downloading any materials they want to keep before the retirement date.

Community Access
Some Products may include access to an online community or private channel. Community access is a bonus, not a core deliverable. Company may modify, pause, or discontinue it at any time. Customer agrees to engage respectfully and not to spam, solicit, or share other members' information. Company may remove any member who violates these standards, without refund.

Educational Purposes Only
Products provide education and information only. They do not include one-on-one coaching, implementation support, or individualized review of Customer's business unless the Product's checkout page explicitly states otherwise. Services with live or one-on-one support are governed by a separate agreement.

Company's founder holds CPA and CFP credentials, but nothing in any Product is tax, accounting, legal, investment, or financial advice. Purchasing a Product does not create an accountant-client, advisor-client, or other professional relationship. Customer should consult their own qualified professionals before making financial, tax, or legal decisions.

Privacy Policy
Company's Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Payment
Customer agrees to pay the price shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase. If Customer selects a payment plan, Customer authorizes Company to automatically charge the card on file according to that plan. Pricing may vary by promotion. A later price change does not entitle Customer to a refund, credit, or price adjustment.

No Refunds
Because Customer receives immediate access to digital content, all sales are final, including add-on purchases. Company does not offer refunds on any Product.

Payment Plans and Nonpayment
Payment plans cannot be canceled, and Customer is responsible for the full Product price at the time of purchase. If a payment fails or is disputed, Company may suspend Customer's access immediately and pursue any available remedies to collect the balance owed. Company may terminate Customer's access at any time for violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property
Company owns all Product content, including videos, guides, worksheets, templates, tools, graphics, and related materials. Company grants Customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Product content for Customer's own business. Customer may not share login access, reproduce, resell, distribute, or create derivative works from Product content. No resell rights or private label rights are included.

Force Majeure
Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performing this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include natural disasters, government action, war, civil unrest, epidemic, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, and third-party platform outages.

Independent Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between Customer and Company.

No Guarantee of Results
Company makes no guarantee of any specific income, revenue, pricing, sales, or business outcome. Results depend on Customer's effort, market, and business model, as well as many factors outside Company's control. Any examples or client results shared are not typical and are not a promise of Customer's results. Products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM CUSTOMER'S USE OF ANY PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT CUSTOMER PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its officers, employees, and agents from any losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from Customer's use of any Product, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any law or third-party right.

Assignment
Customer may not assign this Agreement without Company's written consent.

Modification
Company may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on Company's website, and Customer will be notified. The terms in effect at the time of purchase govern that purchase.

Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.

Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any claim arising from any Product will be brought only in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, including small claims court where applicable.
